The fastest way to reach us is by email. We aim to respond within one business day.
support@traqr.com.auUse the email address and password set up for you by your business administrator, then tap Log in. If you have forgotten your password, use the “Forgot password” link on the login screen to reset it. If you don’t have an account yet, ask your administrator to invite you.
traqR uses your location only to confirm you are at the job site when you sign on or off a job (GPS check-in). Location is used only while the app is open and is never tracked in the background. You can manage this in your device Settings under traqR → Location.
Open your device Settings → traqR → Location and set it to “While Using the App”, then make sure Location Services is turned on. Re-open traqR and try signing on again.
Open your device Settings → traqR → Notifications and turn Allow Notifications on. Notifications cover new jobs, schedule changes, and approvals.
Open Timesheets, fill in your hours for each day of the week, then tap Submit. Any allowances saved on your profile are calculated automatically. Your manager reviews and approves it from the office dashboard.
Account and data requests are handled under our Privacy Policy. Email support@traqr.com.au or speak with your business administrator and we will action it.
Billing and subscription settings are managed from the web dashboard at www.traqr.com.au. For anything else, email support@traqr.com.au.
