You can ask us to delete your traqR account and personal data at any time, from this page or from Settings → Delete account in the app. We handle every request under our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
traqR is used by your employer to run their business, and some of the records you create are their business records, not just yours. Australian law requires those to be kept even after you leave. They stay in your employer’s account with your name replaced by an anonymous reference.
Timesheets and job sign-on/sign-off records
Employee records an employer must keep for 7 years under the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth).
Compliance test results, inspections and defect reports
Statutory fire, electrical and safety records the building owner and your employer are legally required to hold.
Invoices, quotes and purchase orders you raised
Financial records retained for 5 years under ATO requirements.
We acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.
We may contact you first to confirm your identity. Backups are purged on a rolling 90-day cycle, after which no copy remains.
